No. You share your website URL and any existing documents. We handle everything - building, training, testing, and launching your assistant. For the chat widget, we give you one line of code to paste into your website, or we can do it for you.
It depends on your package. The Starter package offers English or Dutch - you choose one at setup. The Growth package offers English, Dutch, or a language of your choice for both chat and voice. The Pro package supports a fully bilingual assistant with any two languages of your choice, customized to your customer base - it automatically detects which language your visitor is using and responds accordingly.
At all tiers, the assistant has a clear escalation path. It tells the visitor it can't help with that specific question, collects their name and contact details, and sends the lead directly to your inbox so you can follow up. At Pro level this is fully automated into your CRM.
Yes. All assistants run on EU-hosted infrastructure. No data leaves the EU. We operate in full compliance with GDPR and a Data Processing Agreement is available on request.
It depends on your package. Starter includes 1 monthly update, Growth includes 2, and Pro includes unlimited updates. An update covers factual changes - new services, updated prices, changed opening hours, new FAQs, and so on. We contact you every month to check in and apply any changes you need.
No. All packages are month-to-month. We ask for 30 days notice to cancel. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
Once we have everything we need from you, we get to work straight away. Contact us for an estimated timeline based on your package.
Yes, at any time. You pay the difference in setup costs and your monthly fee adjusts from the next billing cycle. We carry over your existing knowledge base and extend it - no starting from scratch.
Your monthly fee is fixed at the rate agreed when you sign up. In cases of significantly increased AI usage volume — for example, a large surge in customer conversations — we may need to adjust pricing. We will always give you at least 30 days notice of any change, and you are free to cancel within that period if you prefer not to continue at the new rate.
