Common questions

Your monthly fee is fixed at the rate agreed when you sign up. In cases of significantly increased AI usage volume — for example, a large surge in customer conversations — we may need to adjust pricing. We will always give you at least 30 days notice of any change, and you are free to cancel within that period if you prefer not to continue at the new rate.
The setup fee covers everything needed to build your AI assistant from scratch, including gathering and structuring your content, building the knowledge base, training the assistant, testing in your language, and launching it on your website or phone line. After that, the monthly fee covers hosting, monitoring, and updates.
Just your website URL and any existing FAQ document or product list. We contact you within 1 business day to collect everything. On the Pro package we do the full content gathering ourselves.
No long-term contract. All packages are month-to-month. We ask for 30 days notice to cancel. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
Yes, at any time. You pay the difference in setup costs and your monthly fee adjusts from the next billing cycle. We migrate your existing knowledge base. No starting from scratch.
Yes. All assistants run on EU infrastructure. No data is sent outside the EU. We operate in full compliance with GDPR and a Data Processing Agreement is available on request.
